Apricot Jam
A classic handmade fruit jam made from tree ripened Apricots grown in Mangonui. Apricot jam goes well on pikelets, scones and toast. Also as a filling in cakes, tarts and pastries.
Ingredients: Natural cane sugar, Apricots, Natural fruit pectin.
