Quince Jam
A classic hand-made fruit jam made from tree-ripened Quinces grown in our orchard. Quince jam has a unique clean flavour which is a little sharp with a somewhat fragrant taste. Quince jam goes well on pikelets, scones and toast. Also as a filling in cakes, tarts and pastries.
Ingredients: Quince, Natural cane sugar, Natural fruit pectin.
